About The
Author
Donald L.
Shilling is the Herbert G. Kayser Distinguished proffesor of Electrical
Engineering at the city Colledge of the City University of New York where he
has been a professor since 1969.Proffessor Shilling has taught Electrical
Engineering since 1956,more than32 years. His books include Electronic
Circuits: Discrete and integrated; Introduction to system, circuits, and devices;
Principle of Communications Systems; Digital Integrated Electronics; Electronic
Circuits: Discrete and Integrated(2d edition); and Dynamic Project Management.
he has also published more than 140 technical papers in the telecommunication
feild. Proffesor Schilling was president of the IEEE Communication Society, a
member of the board of directors of the IEEE, and editor-in-cheif of the IEEE
Transaction on Communications magazine and Communication magazine.
